This is a startup that comes with the usual issues of a startup. Found this place on Groupon like most of its customers, went through my sessions for laser hair removal on my chin. I was already aware that I may need additional sessions so I was prepared to purchase an additional six EXCEPT... my last session the aesthetician asked the last time I was there (indicating no change in the area as the frequency is monthly) I explained that I was there a month prior and she increased the setting on the machine. This place is the best. They are very professional, polite, and attentive to their customers. I have been going to Lime skincare for a good 6 months. I am getting Emsculpt treatments. I absolutely love the treatments. I have noticed firming of my arms,thighs and butt! When i came in for a consultation - the owner promised to return me the money if the procedure wouldnt give a result after 2 months. After a serie of sessions I waited 4 months instead of the 2 promissed ones to see the result. Didnt see anything. Reached out to the owner for a refund. He refused to honor the agreement for the refund offering me more procedures instead. I replied that i dont wish to start treatement again and would like my money back per our agreemnt. Now he is ignoring me. Unprofessional and clearly a scam

I would this business no star rating if it was an option. My appointment & my BFF appointment was canceled & declined 2x. When called in to verify the reasons the gentleman was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, & more. As a potential new customer to be hung up on when trying to understand how LIME SKIN CARE run their business & being a HOLLYWOOD resident for over 10years & local business owner, I will never advised anyone, especially my own clients to do business with them. DO NOT go here. I'm in the middle of a lawsuit with them. They will sell you services for brand name machines like emsculpt etc and they have cheap fake chinese machines. Then if you say something the man yells and yells and will not give you any kind of refund because the disclaimer they make you sign says no refunds. He will try to get you to buy packages saying you are getting a great deal. I found them on Groupon advertisimg for emsculpt when really they have an $1800 Chinese machine. He told me the machine cost $150K and I looked it up and found I pretty much paid for the machine with my package

They advertise a monthly unlimited laser hair removal membership on their website but when you call to try to sign up they try to bait and switch you into applying for a credit line (?) to pay installments for hair removal!!! I asked the man how that even compares slightly to what they were advertising on the website and he said he did not know. Why would ANYONE ever APPLY for CREDIT for hair removal?! Theyre trying to get you to go into DEBT for hair removal? This is a SCAM! Save urself and go to VIP hair removal where they really have a membership program for laser hair removal! I'm so sick

I found them through Groupon and appreciated their honesty about how the service I bought (Velashape) wouldn't help my skin condition and offered me another alternative (Pressotherapy). I love my aesthetician she was awesome knowledgeable and very patience.

So first of all they obviously lack the professionalism to be honest when they didn't give me a great deal....Groupon did BUT they then convinced me to tell Groupon I wasn't eligible for the service in exchange for same price so that they wouldn't have to pay Groupon their fee for bringing them a new customer (sneaky sneaky BUT I informed Groupon of their deceit as well when I encountered the issue.) Also the forms they make you sign are super long and make you sign them all right before taking you in to get treatment so of course you don't have time to read them nor do they

I've been here about 3 times now and I like it a lot. It is a smaller skin care spa than the ones I have visited before. Always the same technician and front desk person. They are both very kind and friendly and make me feel very comfortable. My only complaint so far is that if you book a weekend appointment like I do.. the building door is closed on weekends so you have to call and the front desk person personally comes downstairs to let you in which makes me feel a little guilty at times but the option for weekend appointments makes it worth it.

I love this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable stuff. I tried different kind of procedures and everything that I got worked perfect and all my friends and I see the results. Laser hair removal is incredible. I wish I got this a long time ago. No pain and perfect clear skin. And during the one year I see the new equipment that added and I can get all new procedures that I read about in the magazines and see on TV. I went on groupon to purchase a Velashape procedure. I ran into this company, but I was saved on time with the reviews I saw from Samantha and Joel. So I call them to make an appointment and the receptionist tries to school me on the procedures and that the Velashape for 4 session was only for the abdomen which wasn't specified in the groupon. This place is the absolute worst (I understand their name is Lime but the green was overkill)! I bought a Groupon for a procedure, called to make an apt, took the morning off work....all for nothing. This is classic scam just to get you in the door so they can up sell you on procedures. I was never told the Groupon was only eligible for certain parts of the body when I called to make the appointment. If you do decide to visit this establishment please ask very specific questions about what is covered and what is or is not included before you waste your time!

This place is great! Morlie took great care of my skin. She is amazing at what she does and very knowledgable. I'm a total wuss when it comes to lasers and any type of skin resurfacing procedures.
