At Urban Development

I received my first management position at a young age in the food service industry. I enjoyed my work, but I began to develop an interest in real estate and all types of urban development. Soon, I started studying business and buying homes to remodel and lease.

I also obtained my DSII Drinking Water License with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and was contracted to operate small water systems, with duties ranging from disinfection, water quality testing, maintenance, repair, and new installations.Over the years, I earned multiple degrees in business and accounting, and amassed over fifteen years of management experience.
