Met in person to exchange ideas on what would be the ideal site for me... visually and ease of navigation. I am particular... and OSC not only met, but blew away all my expectations with the end product. Another positive is customer support... any questions, concerns, troubles... I had access to human beings at any time of day to help me solve any problem that arises running a business. A site is static. Life is variable. OSC helped me create a site that ebbs and flows with life variables. Priceless.
