Dr. Lansing apparently doesn't know how to bill insurance because when I went in to speak to him about chiropractic care and massage he told me that insurance wouldn't cover the massage. This is not true. I am currently receiving 15min massage and prior to moving I received 1 hour massages. I just called 2 others that said it is absolutely covered.

I went to Dr. Lansing for a simple adjustment this time and he's great at making you feel comfortable during the process. I saw him before after I fell and he did x-rays, e-stim and adjustments to get me feeling like new. He's funny too which helps if you're hurting. He's the only one I see if I'm in pain.

After several years of dealing with lower back pain I discovered that I have what is known as an L6 lumbar. Essential that means I have an extra vertebrae in my lower back. After seeing dr Lansing and his staff I am PAIN free. I feel like I am 21 again. Can't say enough great things about his practice. Professional friendly and very engaging. Not only way he able to adjust my back and alleviate the pain but he also treated a nagging hip flexor Injury that I had suffered after I was able to begin working out again after he Fixed my back. There aren't enough great things to say about family care

Dr. Lansing is the most knowledgeable chiropractor I've seen. I've been coming for 10 years, ( I had back surgery 10 years ago). The Dr. takes the time to explain what he's doing. Getting the care and adjustments have help me tremendously, no other chiropractor has been able to give me the relief I've had from Dr. Lansing and his staff at family care.
