I just bought a house everything pretty clean but need a deep clean before moving in. For 3 hours clean for a 4 bedroom 2000sf it's not worth it. Glass windows not cleaned floor dirty, tiles grout dirty, cabinet still has grease. Horrible service. I did not tip which I have never done before. I would not recommend this company at all.

Really great work! I was able to book out with very short notice (sorry Nadia!) & they were able to work with me. I needed my downstairs restroom & living spaces cleaned and it was completed in two hours.
Sheila was an absolute delight & I enjoyed speaking to her. She was very thorough & communicative.
They also had the best rates & kindest communication out of all the services I asked quotes from. I am very happy with the service & plan to continue to use this business.

Were they good? Answer: They were GREAT! I called them on a Tuesday and they were at my house by Thursday! They arrived On-Time! They communicated with me before and after the service to make sure that I was happy with job (which I was) now my wife is a clean freak, actually a SUPER clean freak, and historically she did not want anyone to clean our house because she would ALWAYS be dissatisfied with the results, but not with M&I, they cleaned EVERYTHING that she expected to be cleaned and even better they did it all in about 2.5 hours! I had a deep cleaning done on my three bedroom home. I was very pleased with the excellent job they did! They should change their name to sparkling shine cleaners. I need to find out what cleaner they used as my whine home is literally Shining. They even cleaned the inside of my front loading washer... it tends to get gross with mold. I will be using them again for sure!!!

I am writing this review after only one cleaning. I will give the benefit that maybe the person sent out was having a bad day but it was bad enough I will not use this company again. She missed obvious stuff like cleaning my children's bathroom and the outside of my tub. I wasn't in my home while she cleaned so I can't confirm what she did but, she didn't mop the kitchen. It was like she just dusted and left.

My sister had to move out of her condo of 32 years because of health reasons so my wife and I called M&I Maids to help us with getting the place ready for sale. It was really a mess after so many years. Dust had built up on so many surfaces, in some places an inch thick! The kitchen stove was coated with a greasy film. And the bathrooms had become absolutely toxic.
They arrived on time with cheery attitudes and went to work right away cleaning. They did an expert job! We were so happy with how the place looked when they were all done. We can proceed with the escrow. I recommend M&I Maids

I'm so sad with how my house looks. I feel like I was robbed of $160. I even tipped each lady $20 each! First off, I should have done a final walk through and I did not. My bad. I shouldn't complain because I neglected to check to work before they left. I'm too trusting. The kitchen was left a mess. See attached pictures. The cupboards were not cleaned at all on the outside. I took a brand new magic eraser and did it myself when they left. It was filthy when I got done you can see how much dirt was left to clean. I requested a deep cleaning, and it was horrible. I am very satisfied with their great job. After their cleaning service, my apartment looks new and smells refreshing. My kitchen is the place I particularly asked them to help with, because the microwave, stove and refrigerator is super hard to cleanse. They just magically made them clean again. M&I MAIDS services fully deserves the money I paid, highly recommend!
