We've lived at Willow Creek Apartments for about a year now--feels very safe. It's conveniently located to most things in town. Most everything is about 10-15 minutes away. Lawrence the maintenance guy is very friendly and they are pretty good about responding to issues when they happen. We had an issue with a flooding dishwasher and they were quick to check it, took a couple times to actually fix it and eventually they replaced it. We've put in a couple maintenance requests that haven't been filled, but other than that this is a great place to live. The front office ladies are very kind and easy

Been here a little over a year and it's been great so far. I haven't taken advantage of all the amenities yet (gym, tanning bed, business center) but you bet I was poolside all summer. There are two pools and one is right next to my building which makes it extra convenient. It's on the south side of Jonesboro, but not far from anything. About 5 minutes from any restaurant/fast food/store and about 10-15 minutes from the University and downtown area, where there are some great coffee shops, restaurants, and a new brewery!

I recently moved to Willow Creek apartment that I found on Apartment.com. I's been a month and I really love the locality and environment. Since I was moving from another state I had many questions and issues with changing my dates for the least but the leasing office was really understanding and helpful with changing dates and answering all my questions.
Also, maintenance is a great plus point since all the issues that I have brought to attention have been addressed immediately. I am glad that I found an apartment here at Wilow Creek Apartments in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Highly recommend Willow Creek apartments to anyone searching for a great place to live. Have been lucky to call this place home for the past few years. Great staff and great space! One of my favorite parts about living here is how well light the corridors are so that I always feel safe coming home at dark.

We have lived at Willow Creek Apartments for several years now. We have always had them be on top of any need we have arise and work with any issues that come up. We love having the playground for our children to play at and the pools to swim in. We’ve made many friends within the community and are truly grateful for having lived in this community. We would highly recommend renting from them to our family and friends!
