In Mississippi, a DUI is defined in a couple of different ways. One type of DUI is a common law DUI, which means that the officer thinks that a person is impaired and operating a motor vehicle on the highways. By far the best DUI defense attorney in the state. I was looking at a minimum of 1 year in jail and Joey was able to get me 0 jail time. Very responsive, get me in the loop with everything and even got one of my DUI's from 7 years ago non adjudicated. Great person and a great lawyer. 10/10 would recommend for any type of criminal defense.
