The customer service here is unbelievably amazing. The front desk called me the day before my first appointment to see if I could come 15 minutes later. I feel like most places wouldn’t have made that call and would’ve had me sit there for those extra 15 minutes. Additionally, I didn’t see any results from my first couple of laser treatments but they made that situation right rather than make me purchase more treatments (if that makes sense). I can’t recommend this place enough!

Love coming here! Been going to Nuderma for almost 2 yrs now. The entire staff is always warm welcoming and very knowledgeable. Dr. Spencer is awesome and you don’t have to wait forever for an appointment! I’ve gotten a couple different treatments done from microneedling, hydra facials, to fillers. They always do a great job and I leave happy. ;) Money well spent!

I still see Bobbie for laser hair removal and she is still as fabulous as ever. I now also see Dr. Spencer for Botox and he is amazing. He starts off conservatively to ensure the procedure is not overdone. I have received so many compliments from his work and look forward to future visits.

I went to see Dr. S for my dark spots, and he recommended to get pico laser. After 3 sessions, 6 weeks apart, my dark spots have faded quite a bit. I do still have some and will return for another set of 3, probably this winter. Dr. S is very kind and is never pushy always caring. I will be coming back to see what else I can get help with. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. After needing some more laser hair removal sessions done, I looked to Groupon to save me some money. I found a great one where I got 6 sessions for an amazing deal. Purchasing the Groupon was simple and following through with Nuderma was a piece of cake. Making appointments with them is a breeze too! And checking in is super quick each and every time and I am seen almost immediately upon arrival. I love the girls at the front desk- always so helpful and cheery. Bobbie has been doing my laser sessions the last few times and she is just the sweetest

I am in treatment for cancer which has resulted in sallow skin and hair loss. The dermaplaning and microblading with Lezleigh helped me get some of my spark back with clearer skin and also defined brows. I had tried to use various brow products but never could master and it only drew attention to them. Lezleigh and everyone at Nuderma is professional and positive concentrating on what is best for the patient and her needs. I would definitely recommend!!

I did a lot of research before I picked a place to get my laser hair removal done. Nuderma had great reviews online. I called and asked some questions before going in for my free consultation. I ended up starting my treatment the same day as my consultation just because I was so comfortable. I love this place! The people are so nice and it's been so easy to schedule my appointments. If for some reason, you can't make it to an appointment, it is very easy to reschedule. Laser hair removal is pricey but it's definitely worth it if you go to a good place like this. I was going here for maybe a year, brought my mom and sister and referred a lot of people. The front staff was nice but not very professional. I got the laser hair removal, 8 treatments and it didn't work. Waste of money. My mom got threading done on the lines around her mouth, didn't work. She bruised so badly it was awful. I always got my Botox here and it was fine but the last time I went and got a touch up of 14 units it didn't work what so ever. Maybe diluted too much, not sure. Was going back in to get it fixed and was told I'm fired from going there. Literally those words

I have received Botox here as well as Sculpt Sure. Their staff is super accommodating. They even waited on me after hours to perform my Sculpt Sure when I got stuck in the horrible Raleigh traffic! Everyone in the office is well educated in their field. Being that I am health professional who has worked in the Operating Room for almost 19 years, I am pretty selective as to who I will allow to touch me. I highly recommend them.

I know I'm a little late in posting my review but wanted to wait for the results to settle in and then life happened and I forgot. I had a HydraFacial in August and was very pleased with the service I got. The first lady took me in the room to ask me if I had an issues that I was concerned about or to see if I had any questions. I had several questions, went off topic even about what i was specifically going in for, but she was able to answer every question I threw at her without hesitation and seemed to be very knowledgeable.
