I enjoyed my time a lot. Hanna took care of me and she was great. There was no rush and she wanted to do everything like looking for perfection. I really recommend this place. This was my first time in Azulene and I’m planning to come back

Awful service and poor quality. My friend and I made appointments for a gel manicure and a pedicure. We were rushed to select a color. At first we weren’t allowed to even sit next to one another. I requested a simple design from the nail tech in honor of graduating from UF. As I explained the design it was clear she was mocking me with other nail techs. I could have done something like this at home… very poor attention to detail. Receptionists were not friendly at all. The gel application was poorly done in general.

STAY AWAY!!!!! I asked for the basic essential pedicure and a dip powder manicure. As I’m getting my pedicure I noticed my nail tech, Annie, started to do gel polish. I immediately intervened and said I had wanted regular polish. My nail tech had only done a clear coat layer and only on ONE foot. Instead of stopping the gel polish and taking it off and doing the regular polish I wanted, she continued on to my other foot with the gel polish. I was confused why she continued with the gel despite my request for regular but then I assumed she would just take care of the extra charge since it was

I got my nails done by Nathan and he did absolutely amazing! I couldn't ask for better spooky season nails. He was not only social with me which made me feel very comfortable but he is also very talented and funny! The price for my gel coffin shape acrylic nails were around $75 including a design on all nails but it very much worth it. Highly recommend this place will be coming again in the future. <3

Azulene is a beautiful day spa and Tony was incredible. He made my entire experience so wholesome and I would absolutely use him again. Although I have used Azulene before for other services, I felt that my gel manicure with small designs was quite pricey at $63. I don’t mind paying for great service and good quality but it did catch me off guard. I will be back!

My nail tech lam was very rough with my pedicure and manicure. He cut my cuticle on my toe and rubbed acetone on it before he painted my toes. He was sweating profusely and was rushing through my nail manicure had to take several breaks to wipe sweat off. He used the drill to sculpt my nail after the set and was super hot and burned the cuticle line on my hand. He left pink acrylic under my nails and nails stuck to the skin underneath. He charged me for a manicure on top of a full nail set but still many hanging cuticles, used acrylic even though I asked for dip powered, he never dipped my nails

I came here a little over a week ago to get my nails done for my wedding. My appointment was two days before, and after paying $100 the nails barely made it through the wedding. By the end of the night one of the tips had broken off, and two more broke the next day. Then while literally scratching my back, another nail split in half through my nail bed. Since the acrylics are fresh it’s still attached to my nail and since it broke so far down it’s all stuck to the skin like a very painful loose tooth. I had to cut all of the nails down to prevent anymore damage. My nail tech was very uninterested
