Services
Physical Therapists are THE Movement Specialists in our Healthcare System. Our Expert Therapists Have Decades of Experience Successfully Treating a Variety of Musculoskeletal Conditions. Texas' new Direct Access bill, HB 29, allows patients to bypass long wait times and costly, unnecessary visits to a physician and go directly to a physical therapist (PT)* to get the care they need.
Welcome to NTPT! We're looking forward to helping you recover and return to living your life to the fullest. If you have any questions before your appointment, please don't hesitate to Contact Us - we're here to help! What should I bring to my first visit?

I have back problems and sciatica , I was skeptical that physical therapy would not help me and was just going to be a waste of time , but after 10 sessions @ North Texas Physical Therapy , I can honestly say I have received very beneficial treatment that has helped me , and my exercises have returned me to normal and eliminated my back and leg pain .... I'm 63 yrs old and feel fine now .... I still must be careful with any "heavy lifting" at my age , but my back and leg pain are gone and I can "do normal things" without discomfort .... The therapy is beneficial , Reva (the owner) is a good man

I am a retired educator and patient at North Texas Physical Therapy Center in Mesquite. At the time of this writing I had been receiving therapy for my Spinal Stenosis /Sciatica for 4 weeks. For the past twelve years I knew the day would come when the only relief from back pain would be the cortisone injections in my spinal or surgery. After CT scans, X-rays, constant debilitating pain, visits with pain doctors and a lot of pain medications I was ready to accept the inevitable. However, I asked the surgeon if there was an alternative way to relieve my pain. I was shocked when he answered “yes
