Dennis provided the entire scope of architectural planning, design, and implementation commencing from his input of the initial purchase of raw land to the completion of the project following the strict regulations of the design review board and HOA rules. He was prompt, courteous, and followed the budget as to our plan throughout building.
A: We use a fixed fee percentage based on a building cost estimate agreed upon by both the owners and Harmon Architects. The cost estimate is determined by the size (enclosed living, covered lanais and garage) and complexity of the requested home design. A: Each homeowners association has different design review requirements, but for a typical project it takes approximately 5 - 6 months to complete the design, reviews and construction documents.
