My name is David Martin, inspector/owner, and I have 20+ years in residential real estate experience. I am a United States Marine Corps veteran and a father of three. I dedicate the majority of my time to my family and their activities, which include coaching multiple sports. Behind the company is a foundation of personal and ethical principles.

Went to a home inspection with Dave for a home we were considering. He was very thorough throughout the house, and provided a lot of feedback on the issues to help us determine the severity of the issues. He caught several things that we hadn't noticed, and he was honest about how concerning they would be to him in a home he was considering buying, which helped my wife and I a lot as we are first time home buyers.
I would definitely recommend Universal Home Inspections to anyone looking to get a home inspection done!

Going into the inspection I didn't know what to expect being a first time home buyer. But not only did they take time to explain and answer any questions I had they also pointed out problems with the house. He explained what would potentially fix the problems that he had pointed out. If I ever need another home inspection I know where I'm going.
