Sent bill for $242 to collection agency. I was receiving bills in the mail from the collection agency that had no sender name on the letter for a year. I was not aware it was sent to a collection agency. The bill went from $242 to $390. When I originally went to them I expressed my only concern was cost. My insurance company paid barely any of the cost of the services. They also told me I had two fillings that needed to be done. I had one done with them and my new dentist after doing x rays over a year later found no cavities that needed to be filled. My only advice is to review your dental insurance

We have been going to Dr. DeCino for many years and HIGHLY recommend this professional, friendly, efficient practice. They are always on time and in addition to the exceptional Dr. DeCino herself, have a staff of experienced assistants and hygienists. It is a very pleasant, modern office in a convenient location with lots of parking. This dental practice deserves 5 stars!

I had the most professional experience I’ve ever had a dentist. I was greeted, ensured I had no symptoms of sickness (also done before arrival via phone), was provided a tour of the office, had all paperwork explained, and provided a dental hygiene bag as well. The staff were extremely professional and all very friendly. Dr. DeCino answered all my questions and ensured I understood everything and her recommendations. She also provided a recommendation for an orthodontist since I was looking at getting some other work done. Great experience!

I can't say enough great things about this dentistry! LHI (military) introduces me... but the great services brought me back. Anyone who knows me, knows I have had along road with my teeth. Dr. DeCino has calmed all anxiety and fears, associated with dentist for me. Her and her partner are awesome human beings and great at what they do! It definitely feels like family with her employees from the moment you walk in. Thank you soo much! If anyone is looking it's worth the drive! FYI I Just got a root canal and I fell asleep during the procedure. Enough said right!!

If you're looking for a true family run business that also makes you feel like family--I know just the place. I've seen Pat a few times now both for general checkups and for larger projects like a pretty big chip in my front tooth.
The staff is incredibly friendly and easy to work with when it comes to insurance and billing. They are also hilarious and dress up on the regular for holidays. My personal favorite was when the whole staff was the cast of The Wizard Of Oz.
The little touches in the office are a great perk. Coffee, water, snacks and she's always got some sort of goodie

I was referred by Dental Hygienist Krizka to visit the clinic last January 4. It was one of the most dreaded event in my life. As a RN and a Clinical Lab Scientist, I am afraid of procedures. I guess I was so used to giving the 'care' and not receiving it.
The day I came to the office, I was greeted by a warm welcome of scheduling coordinator Christie. She was the one who walked me through every inch of the way. She was very cordial and professional! Then shortly, I was even given a quick tour of the office. A very good start in such a very anxious moment for me.

Love, love, love this dentist! Been going here for 8 years. Dr. Decino is so caring and nice and the newer dentist is really great too! Comfortable setting has been remodeled. I've never had the same dental assistant twice but they have all been great! Had dental horror stories as a kid and teenager, so its amazing to find a dentist that gives me zero anxiety and that I can stick with.
