I have used Elite Real Estate Inspections (Edgar) twice in the last month. Edgar is professional and responsive. The first time I hired Edgar was for an inspection on December 24, 2020. He inspected the property and returned his inspection on December 25. Yes... That's right he worked on Christmas Eve and returned his report on Christmas Day!

Edgar was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went over everything with me and explained any issues that were seen and possible solutions to fix them. He answered any questions that I had about the inspection (I had quite a few) and gave me advise about ways to improve or make small changes to the home. The price was very reasonable and I would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspection.
