Directions to Hatfields from the A12 - Travelling North from the Chelmsford and London direction. Come off the A12 at the A1124 junction (Junction 26), sign posted Stanway, Halstead, Colchester West and Colchester Zoo, which is the junction before the Colchester town exit. At the roundabout at the top of the slip road take the third exit, sign posted towards Colchester Zoo and Stanway, this will take you along the Essex Yeomanry way.

Always such a great service from start to finish with Hatfieids, and their furniture never disappoints. We ordered our 2 x 3 seater Chestfields back in March, estimated delivery was 16 weeks which was no problem, Hatfieids kept us updated when the date was extended, again no problem for us at all. The 2 gentleman who delivered it were so professional, and took care entering our house etc. There was a slight hiccup with one of the feet on the sofa, which they reported to the service team and within 24 hours we had a call to arrange an engineer to rectify it. BE WARNED I bought a rattan garden dining set 4 years ago from Hatfields’s & apparently they only guarantee there furniture for a year !! It claims to be all weather & we have protected it during wet & winter months. Ironically it’s the sun that has damaged the rattan & it is now falling to bits. The back of the sofa is now held together with… cable ties & the top of the table has almost more holes than rattan. I wasn’t expecting to replace my all weather garden furniture so quickly but it seems that Hatfields’s thinks this is something that customers

I cannot fault the quality of my beautiful settee I eventually got. The sales lady was fantastic whist selling to us but unfortunately once money was exchanged things changed, we were miss sold from start to finish and the once friendly lady became quite rude making me feel very uncomfortable and upset that I was annoying her. I worked very hard to buy this and was very exited and the customer skills were awful, I cannot fault the quality of your furniture but sadly do the lady that dealt with us

Great service once again from Andrew and the team at Hatfields - new his’n’hers comfy chairs arrived today! Order arrived when I was told it would. I asked if they could hold on to chairs till my husband was home to assemble them - no problem. Phone call to confirm delivery time yesterday, phone call from driver to say he was 10 minutes away this morning! Nothing was too much trouble
