They scheduled my son with the wrong dentist, one that does not see kids and called an hour before to try to switch the appointment to the next day. I was not able to accommodate the change and this was not a routine visit/check up , it was due to an issue Ans tooth pain he was experiencing and the appointment was made 5 days prior. They told me on the phone he could be seen by the dentist that does not treat kids, but if anything was needed we’d have to make another appointment to get it taken care of. Since he’s been in pain since the week before we opted for this as we didn’t want to delay

My appointment for teeth cleaning on 7/29/2021was outstanding. Everyone from the receptionists to the dental hygienist and the dentist were professional and friendly. I didn't wait when I arrived but I was immediately taken by the hygienist. The hygienist did a great job clearing my teeth. The dentist that inspected my teeth was very personable. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend American Dental Care as an excellent dental office.

While no one looks forward to having dental work, I do look forward to seeing the staff, and I know I'll be well cared for during the process. Everyone works well together, and has a calm and gentle manner about themselves. Oddly enough, once the work has started, I actually feel quite relaxed. This doesn't only apply to the folks who work on or clean your teeth either, but also to the office staff. In addition, everything is clean and aesthically pleasing. You have to have dental work sometimes, so why not do it somewhere that has all this going for it?

Very professional but simultaneously super friendly offering a comforting environment, especially Melanie who was the one to greet me and set me up for the appointment. Had a great experience recently with them doing a tooth removal, they did a great job! I did not have to wait, appointment time was accurately taken. They made sure to keep their client's safety as a priority by giving a form and checking temperatures (for Covid.) They also fully instructed me on what to do after the appointment and gave me information about the prescriptions I needed to obtain and have even checked in frequently
