The technician I had was Mike, probably the most Polite, experienced employee I could have hoped for.
He was able to take my 20yr. Old Garage door and almost make it new. The total cost to rebuild my old door was, let’s just say it was a great 👍 deal.

Had my garage door tracks raised, to accommodate a car lift. New tracks and new motor installed within just a couple of days after contacting them. Communication was outstanding, texts of the scheduled appointment and a text when they were on their way. All employees were extremely courteous and mindful of their work and they carried off all old parts. This review only allows 5 stars, but they deserve 10!

Very highly recommended. Our mother in law recommended this company to us and the owner Bill came personally to evaluate and fix our problems. We live out of their normal limits and because he was referred, he still came to help us out. Bill is very professional yet friendly and his work is thorough with being very efficient. He fixed many problems on our garage door and it works AMAZING now. This company is one of the best I have ever done buisness with. I had real concerns over an installation from another company and explained my situation. The owner Bill took the time to personally come out and take a look right away. He made the discovery that our door was incorrectly installed and was falling off the track. It could have fallen at any moment on my freshly painted car. Trust me when I tell you, you will not regret calling this company. His courteous response and professionalism is far beyond what I expected. You will not be disappointed.

Opa! William and his team did right by us. We thought our garage door was now a no-go after the flood did us dirty and bent it into a pretzel.
Dr. William came out personally and was confident he could help. He gave us the quote and got to work! He had his team come out and repair it all within 2 hours - and they reinforced it too, so next time around the water may be held at bay and not turn our home into an ocean. Wishing we had them look at it all before the flood hit. But, now we know who to call for garage help in TN!

The owner, Bill, was great to work with on the phone and gave me the cost up front. He told me he would text me the name of the technician he was sending out before they arrived (which he did). It was a two person team and the guys were great to work with. They reviewed my issue with two different doors and not only fixed the problem, but they lubricated the door hinges and spring as well. They also charged me exactly what Bill quoted me. Great experience and plan to use them again.

Our garage door had been sticking on the way up for a couple of weeks, and then one day it completely quit working. I called Bill at Pro Door Doctor based on some Yelp reviews I saw. He said he would be there "between 10 and 12 on Monday." I had an appointment that Monday morning, and when I arrived home around 9am, there was a guy in my driveway (not Bill), and he had already opened my garage door (without my permission) and worked on it. I wasn't pleased about his coming early and entering my house without my knowledge, but

All of a sudden today, the garage door wouldn't open. It would go up a third of the way and then go back down. Today was a Saturday and I called Pro Door Doctor in hopes of getting a Monday service appointment. The owner Bill, was in the area and said could come right over. Wow! Who does that these days? In no time, Bill had the garage door running like a bullet train, plus completed preventative maintenance on the other door as well. The price was fair and Bill was quite nice to talk to, he's a great guy. I would use Pro Door Doctor again without hesitation.
