At Hi-Tech Air Service, we believe it is imperative to check your air conditioning system periodically for proper operation. We offer a tune up of your system by appointment on a yearly basis, this applies to customers within our service areas.
This service includes checking air filters, replacing filters (provided by homeowner) inspecting motors and parts for proper operation, testing all electrical connections and components, balancing refrigerant levels, and adjusting thermostat calibration if needed.Customers may also consider signing up for routine maintenance upon reviewing our maintenance agreement perks and terms.

Thank you Greg and Jose for servicing my a/c units. It was hard finding an air conditioning company to visit our home in Homestead before the holidays. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Air Service. They have installed 2 full air conditioning systems in my home. I'm very happy with the workmanship that went into these difficult projects. Chris arrived promptly at 8 am and did not leave until the job was done at 6:30. He is polite and always happy to take the time to answer any questions. John gave me various options to fit my budget. Laura is great with scheduling and goes out of her way to accommodate your schedule. If you want a company with a personal touch, definitely hire Hi-Tech Air do your air conditioning.

Amazing customer service! We moved into a home a few months ago and I know how important our air conditioning needs are especially when reaching the summer heat in Miami. We contacted Hi-Tech to check on our units before that time of the year. They suggested some minor maintenance and now our air conditioning runs better than the first day we moved in.
