I had a response first thing Tuesday morning and they came out that day! Started my service the following day and set me up on a weekly schedule. Called the 24 service line. Spoke to Will, described my dilemma about a tree leaning towards my neighbors roof and afraid of the tree would fall on to thier house.Will took my information, and said he would go by and take a look at the tree in the AM.
9:30am by rolls around and no Will. I called Will's number, goes to voice mail and I leave a message. Still waiting on Will to re turn my call 7 days later. Lucily I hired Sun State Tree service to take the tree down.
If a company can not do the work I understand, but at least call the perspective costumer to inform said customer you can't do the

Excellent service...sent an email Monday night requesting an appt to come look at my lawn & give me a quote. I had a response first thing Tuesday morning and they came out that day!! Our lawn has never looked better! Seriously, our lawn was full of weeds but All Southern got our lawn look great, and for a great price!
We also got some trees trimmed and they did a great job trimming those back.
