If you're just in Somerset for awhile, our Hometown Suites and Ries Suites properties are extended stay. They provide a short-term alternative to living in a motel.

Services
From spacious luxury to our standard 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans, units typically feature decks, dishwashers, and air conditioning. Some apartments have washer/dryer hookups, some have convenient coin laundries on site. Room sizes are generous with quality construction, energy saving features, modern appliances and plenty of closets.
Our suites are generally one and two room studios, although we do have some larger units. We rent either by the week or by the month. Stay as long as you like, leave when you want because no lease is required, just like any hotel. These suites are favorites of construction crews, travelers on short term local assignment, persons between permanent housing as well as seasonal residents and vacationers.
Laurel Village Apartments is an Equal Opportunity HUD subsidized housing project featuring 1,2,a nd 3 bedroom garden apartments and townhouses. Here, rent is based on your income, and if you have no income, you pay no rent! You must apply and qualify for these Section 8 project-based subsidy programs.

Commercial Space Available-Available now! 1000 square feet on the first floor in the Coleman Building. Great for offices, retail or personal services.
