My car broke down on I-94 and these guys came to the rescue within half an hour of receiving my request for a tow. They were also able to get my car in the shop and fixed immediately and had me back on the road in no time for a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend. We got stuck ON A LAKE on a Saturday during a snow storm after ice fishing.

My family ran into ice near Alexandria and drove into the guardrail and ended up with a tire stuck on top of it and within minutes someone from Glenn’s was there and started helping us. They got us off of the rail and onto a truck in less than 15 min. We didn’t even call them they were just driving by and stopped to help! Amazing service, great people.

Im not sure where to even start. We hit a deer on the highway with our RV this morning around 5 am. Being the day before july 4th almost all business's were closed and not answering their phones. We were able to get ahold of the on call tow service at glenns towing. Caleb came out to take a look at our RV and then came back with a large enough tow truck to pull us. He brought us back to the shop until we could figure out what we wanted to do with our busted radiator. We were carrying 3 dogs inour RV and he was super helpful and even offered water and an air conditioned room for them. Caleb worked

I was stranded early morning on a rainy cold day on a muddy road with a loaded semi. I called Glenn’s and they were there in minutes. These guys go above and beyond to help you out. They towed me to shop and started working on my truck to get me back going again. Trips for parts and rides to and from motel they did it all. Very professional bunch of guys and more than accommodating. I was lucky to break down where I did when I found these guys. Recommend them to anyone. Thank you Glenn’s for your fine service.

On 8/29/15 we were on our way to Canada for a fishing trip when we discovered a coolant leak on the truck. After spending the night in Alexandria, we found Glenn's Towing & Repair. We called and Steve the mechanic came to where we were parked at a truck stop off the interstate. He was immediately able to diagnose the problem and since the truck was driveable we met him at the shop. Less than 45 minutes later and a very acceptable Sunday on-call mechanic's charge we were back on the road and the vacation was saved.
