Sold a business in January of 2016. Did a thorough job representing me. We needed a quick turnaround and although that had its limitations, Mr Winfrey didn’t miss a thing. The actual transaction from me to the new owners took place in his office on New Years Day- his office was technically closed , but met us with no issues at all. Meeting itself went smoothly and showed proper decorum for both parties as we both left the room content with the outcome. He represented me well! Thank you

I really do not like posting reviews, but when you have such a bad experience somewhere it has to be known. I would recommend that no one use this lawyer. He does some shady stuff. His staff are rude, and I wish I would have never hired him. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for legal assistance.
