I had Adirondack Tree Surgeons remove 5 large trees from my yard, along with stump grinding on all new stumps. They arrived on time and were very professional. I have never seen a more motivated and quick acting team. Not one member was dragging their feet or slacking in their responsibilities. The arrived early in the morning and within a few hours the job was completed! It was amazing to see such a well experienced organized group work. I would highly recommend them!

Our neighbor that lives on Fairmont Ave. in Gansevoort. They called this company to have a tree taken down and were told that they would get there in late July. Now they will not respond to her calls. This tree is extremely dangerous. Not only to them but to our home as well. Where is the professionalism?

I put in a request for an estimate on two pine trees, and received a call back around 1040 am to set up an appt for between 7-8 am. the next day (which I missed because I was at the vet with my dog.) I called back at 1245, and got the answering service but left my name and number confirming the appt for that morning. I didnt recieve a call back stating that they had to change the appt or anything. So the next morning I got up at 630 to make sure I was ready for the estimate appointment. 730 came, still no one. 8 am came, still no one or a phone call. decided to call and see if they were running

After months and months of getting quotes from other services and finding out they couldn’t fit us in for 1...2...3... months, we heard about Adirondack Tree Surgeons. They gave us a competitive quote that week, scheduled us 2 weeks out and actually ended up fitting us in a week early! They were fast, efficient and honestly, impressive to watch! The team worked together like a well oiled machine. They removed a partially down tree for us as well as a massive pine, both of which were close to our house and straddled our septic. These guys hustle! Our initial phone call was returned promptly and we were responded to and scheduled within days. They arrived shortly after 7AM, New Year's eve day. Other tree removal services we contacted did not return phone calls as quickly or at all. Adirondack Tree Surgeons took down 1 entire tree and several branches from a 50+ foot high pine tree, both hanging over our newly sided shed. They expertly "thread several needles" to avoid hitting not only the shed, but valuable small trees, shrubs, landscaping, etc. and then cleaned and raked up all the mess like it never happened.
