I had an appointment set for my only day off in two weeks and they did a no call no show. WOW! How unprofessional. When I called in and spoke to a lady over the phone she said the contractor's were busy with a larger job.
The lady over the phone kept saying she was just about to call me to let me know that they were not coming but she forgot. She kept saying how she was new. However, this is the second office she worked at for them. And somehow been at this office for a month. Hummm... new is a few days to a week in. Not a month or two in.
