We ordered a huge banner from DFW Hightech in January and they did a great job. Please note there is a difference between DFW Hightech Signs and the other Hightech Sign shops in Dallas. We worked with Marcus and had a great experience.

Cynthia and the installation crew were the best, very responsive and willing to make me 100% happy. Cynthia was wonderful with making design suggestions, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. The installation crew was very professional. They did a lobby sign for our waiting room and a graphic frost design on our glass doors. We get compliments on our sign and doors all the time. We even have people stand in front of the glass doors simply to examine the details of the frost. The quality is excellent. A great looking sign is the first impression people get of your business. The entire staff is a blessing to work with. We have some series deadlines we work around and they have always come through for us. From automotive vehicle wraps to enclosed trailers they have done it all for the Toyota location I work for. The prices are the most competitive in the entire DFW and the customer service is first class. I have recommended this location to multiple people and businesses. It would be great if they had another location further North! Thank You Arif and your entire team on keeping us looking good with the nicest wraps in North Texas.

I would give them 6 stars if it were possible! Our company could not have asked for more responsive or more helpful service than what we were provided from Cynthia! They worked on a wrap project for us that was beyond custom and not a standard item or standard size. The art template they sent was the most professionally done graphic I have seen and their turn time was excellent so the deadline was met without issue. We asked many questions from quote to finish and I place orders with many vendors each day so I know fantastic service..this one is top drawer!! We hope to have the opportunity to use
