Not impressed with my contact with the receptionist today concerning my child's appointment at the Micaville location. Received a phone call while at work and was not left a voicemail as to what the call was pertaining to. When I called back the receptionist was slightly rude and quite snappy with me because I didn't know why they called me 🤦‍♂️even after I explained at the beginning of the conversation that I did not receive a voicemail, but somehow I was supposed to know. When she decided to gather the information needed (which she should have done initially) concerning my child's appointment

Instead of waiting 26 minutes to tell me! Was she punishing

In front of everybody in the waiting room! I was so humiliated! Thanks for being discreet over MY health and making me feel so awful in front of everyone! So needless to say, no I did not get my blood test or flu shot and left feeling like I was the
