Rheinschmidts has a friendly professional staff. Michelle help us pick out our carpet to help match our paint. She even came over around 9 pm one night to see the room in a different light to make sure we had the right match. Everything was done on time. I was always informed as to what was happening and when. The carpet installer was professionally and friendly too. Michelle followed up the next day after install to make sure we were satisfied. I would use this company again and again.

We built a new home and were directed to Rheinschmidt's by our contractor. The sales person seemed completely overwhelmed and when she forgot to work with us on selecting the grout color for our tile, chose one for us! She also failed to order enough carpet. This was minor compared to the issues we had with installation of our carpet and hardwood. The installer was first class lazy and took multiple shortcuts. Because of it, our hardwood floors buckled while our carpets had lumps under it. When we filed a complaint, they sent the same guy who screwed up the first time. His solution to fix the bubble
