Salesman came out, spent time looking things over for new install. Said he would be back in touch soon with estimate. I called 3 weeks later, was told he would have quote next week. It’s now been 7 weeks. No estimate, no call, nothing.
Called another HVAC company, had quote same day, their supposed to start next week.
What a waste of time. I don’t understand why they even came out.

Ryan,joel and lake installed a g 7000 heatmaster woodburner which came on line oct21.it has been in operation since.i loaded it last nite,the 25th,for the 4tth time.house,garge,bonus room,constant warm 72degree,water unlimiter plus hot water.thiese guys went above and beyond in installing this system,even with all the rain.and the unit is goingto be worth its weight in gold,at this.thanks to all,,colliers

Our central air stopped working at 1 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I called them based on reviews I saw online. Jason called me back in less than 5 minutes. He was on another call and said he'd be here as soon as possible. He showed up about 6pm. He was extremely professional and polite. He told me what he was looking at, and explained what he was doing the entire time. He had our air conditioner working in no time. He went above and beyond what we expected. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality work done to their heating and air.

The Collier's team communicated with us well and were very fast with getting us on the schedule. They lent us electric heaters when our heat went out which we ended up not needing to use but it was good piece of mind to have them there. Their pricing seems pretty average and the team is very polite.

Explain things in detail from the salesman to the technicians. Both answered any questions I had. Even when doing the work. Though it was a long day for them, they said would stay till it done. New furnace and air conditioner. William and his co - worker we’re awesome polite professional- as well as Chris (salesman). And Mary rocks. Tried out the furnace yesterday .....in advance of what was forecast to be a night in the 30s.....and it was a no-go. Called Colliers, received the usual great customer service when scheduling, and Eric was here today ! Friendly, efficient and no nonsense.... had us up and running in no time ! Colllier’s installed a central humidifier on my furnace. They were in constant contact with me from quoting to scheduling to install. The 2 men arrived at 4:30 and were done by 6:30 and did a good job of installing and clean up. The install itself is neat and orderly and Trent made sure I was happy before they left. I only have 4 stars only because I haven’t been able to try the system yet, otherwise it would be 5 stars. I’ll revisit this review at a later date.

Never been so disappointed in my life. Had issues with heating on north end of house. They installed a two stage furnace knowing my ductwork was too small. So they initially cut an opening in my return plenum in the basement knowing that wouldn't recycle the house air. Then when I complained they installed another return air closing the opening for more money. That didn't help so they said get someone else to insulate the ducting. "We were only selling you a new furnace."
