After experiences with three other local roofing companies either not showing up or returning my phone calls, I called Chastain Roofing. And they picked up the phone right away. Not only that, they had an estimator out to my house right away and he was on time! Professional, responsive, quick to give estimates, and very thorough. The installers were on time and completed the job in one day, just as they said they would. The clean up crew did an excellent job as well! I can't recommend and thank them enough for the exceptional service. I would highly recommend Chastain Roofing for any of your roofing

After 23+ years the time came for a new. We have used Chastain Roofing in the past and know they’re local and provide a quality product and service. The roofing crew was great! Arrived at 7am, old roof was off in 3 hours and the whole ko was complete by 6pm and with a crew of only 5! While I thought the roofers were great, the two carpenters, Elliott and Victor were fantastic! There was an area of visible wrapping and when that was taken off, more damage was discovered. No problem. Gutters were removed, all boards that needed to be removed, everything was sealed back up, caulked and painted and

Absolutely the perfect company to do my job. The owner of the company showed up the day after a tornado hit and started helping us clean up debris without even telling us he was with a roofing company. After we were finished, I asked where he worked and found out he owned a local roofing company. He said he would be back in a bit with tarps to cover my roof. Never even asked for any money. I immediately decided he would get my job. He had his crew out the next week and put a new roof on my house. They were so professional and quick. My roof looks GREAT! Thank you Chastain Roofing.

I used Chastain Roofing in 2013 for some roof issues. Andres did such a good job that when it was time to do a full re-Roofing job, I contacted them for a quote. Bernard came out for the estimate, answered my many questions over the course of a week or so and ultimately I chose them to do the job over the other companies. Bernard’s experience and longevity with Chastain was a big factor in choosing them. Also being in business for over 25 years and the good reviews only sealed the deal. The best roof we have ever had. Brad showed up on time and explained everything that needed to be done. The crews showed up on time and worked all day and had our roof completed that afternoon. They cleaned up everything and made sure all nails were picked up. They also repaired around our chimney where other roofers failed to do it correctly and caused water damage. We have had our roof for a couple of years now and with all the rain we have gotten lately, we have not had any leaks. They are honest and show up on time and do an excellent job!!
