A loving, learning environment where the emotional, social, and developmental potential of each child can be promoted in a positive, stimulating, and creative manner. Encouraging learning activities that are developmentally stimulating and fun for each child will be practiced daily. Basic concepts for all ages are introduced and taught at an appropriate pace for each child.
In addition, we teach beginning Spanish and Basic Sign Language to all ages. Children are taught through a variety of methods including the use of manipulative materials, computers, games, creative dramatics, art, music, movement, and many other teaching tools on an individual and small group basis.

Not including raising her own children, Ms Tess has invested in the lives of little ones for the last 20 years in the Austin area. She loves the art of teaching preschool and watching young minds growing and changing! She and Mr. Scott moved to the Tyler area to "chase grandkids" and love being here!

Best Preschool! The love Ms. Tess and Mr. Scott have for the children is what every parent could ever hope for when looking for childcare. Not only are they very caring and loving but VERY CLEAN! Healthy meals! I just can't say enough good things about Heartland. We got so lucky when we found this school! If you're looking for childcare I 100% recommend Heartland Preschool. I wish there was 10 stars as an option because it's definitely a 10/10!
