I was super pleased to be able to get in for extension removal. I am from Denver & had them in for my wedding and was done with them. I was told over the phone they could only remove them & not wash or dry my hair since they were busy which I was fine with. I won’t name the gal who worked on my hair as I’m not sure she’s the one responsible. However, I was charged $50(!) for removing extensions (which involved spraying a glue releasing chemical & pulling the extension out). FIFTY DOLLARS?!?! That’s absurd for what I had done. I was in her chair for maybe 20 minutes. She brushed my hair

After calling around Bowling Green, everyone was super rude. Then I called here and spoke to a lovely young lady who got me in, but my nails were to be done at 5:15 and my pedicure at 7:00 because they couldn't get me in back to back. when I got in I was greeted super friendly by the receptionist. The lady that was doing my nails was so nice and made conversation. As we were talking I found out that she had called her client and asked if they wouldn't mind coming in later, because she hates turning down a customer. I thought that was above and beyond what I had experienced. Everyone was so nice
