Post-operative physical therapy is standard, but did you know that PT before surgery can improve your outcomes, help you heal faster, and save you money? We will work with your physician to chart a path that's right for you. 25% of all the bones in the human body are in your feet. When these bones are out of alignment, so is the rest of your body.

A physical therapist is an ideal guide for ensuring your feet optimally support the rest of your body, preventing discomfort, pain and injury. As experts in movement, physical therapists serve as your first line of care when you experience pain, discomfort or injury while training or competing in your sport.

For years I have struggled with a myriad of medical problems and I’ve finally found a team of professionals who care about me and believe in treating the whole person, not just focusing on one issue at a time.
If you are someone like me who suffers from chronic pain I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have taught me so much and given me amazing tools that are helping me live a much happier and more productive life and I am so very grateful for them.
Everyone there is amazing.
Thank you with all of my heart;
Jack, Carla, Susan, Jamie, Lori and Justice for taking such wonderful care

Holly is absolutely phenomenal. I can’t express how grateful I am to have worked with her. I unfortunately had to travel so I could only see her twice but in that time she worked to make sure I would be on the road to recovery. Definitely went the extra mile and I’d recommend her to anyone in a heart beat. Extremely attentive!!!

I needed physical therapy for my shoulder and neck. Carla was my therapist and she was great. Really knowledgeable, and helped me fix my issue. My 11 year old daughter also went there after an injury and all the therapists she worked with were outstanding. I can’t recommend this office enough!
