Air conditioning went out. Don answered my call and came and fixed the problem very quickly. Bad fan motor was replaced (he had one on his truck!) quickly and we had cool air in no time. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would use them any time for heating and air and plumbing. They replaced my water heater 2 years ago - did an excellent job then, too.

They came to my house for repairs under Choice Home Warranty for a claim that I made to repair hose bibs. They came out took pictures and said "we will submit this to your warranty company and if they reject the claim we will call you with a quote if I wanted to pay for it". They asked for the $65 copay. I gave it to them. They cashed the check as fast as possible. they never called me with the quote. it was clear when they said "if they reject …" they meant "when they reject the claim". They clearly knew Choice did not cover hose bibs. Yes it is true that they only answered a call but they knew
