According to the American Physical Therapy Association, back pain is the most commonly reported pain across the nation, and one out of every four Americans has experienced back pain in the past three months. Back pain and sciatica differ but are often confused with each other. Back is specific to the upper, middle or lower back.
Neck pain can cause debilitating and extremely uncomfortable sensations, especially if the pain stretches from your neck down to your shoulders. According to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), approximately one-third of the population will experience neck pain in any given year. It can get worse if left untreated, and in severe cases, surgery may even be needed.
Shoulder pain can take many forms - it can show up when you're reaching toward the top shelf to put dishes away or when you're struggling to find a comfortable position to sleep. It can show up as a result of an injury, making you feel a dull aching pain, or even make you feel as if your shoulder is immobile.

Over the years I have gone to Bear Lake Physical Therapy 3 times for either surgery rehab or injuries. Each time it has been very successful. They are very knowledgable, professional, thorough and caring. I wish I didn’t need their services, but sure glad they are there when I do.
Thank you all at Bear Lake Physical Therapy!

This is my 2nd knee replacement. First one was A horrible experience, I was told I did not need to go to physical therapy and I was just given a list of exercises to do. This made it very difficult as I had no idea how hard to push on each of these exercises.
This time my doctor wanted me to have my PT scheduled prior to my surgery. And there was no better place to get it done then Bear Lake physical therapy. This group of amazing staff has worked wonders on my knee. I’m two weeks post op and my mobility, flexibility and pain is by far better than it ever got with my original knee replacement

This is the only place for physical therapy! I drive from Smithfield and come over the canyon to be treated by Kam...even if it is the “House of Pain” 🤣
The staff is the best of the best! You can always plan on leaving and not just physically feeling better but mentally as well...that is how business is supposed to be and that is how the staff makes you feel!
I ALWAYS come to Bear Lake Physical Therapy and always will!
