We used this service twice. Well sort of. The first time they literally called us the morning of to offer an “upgrade” for our trip. It wasn’t at all. The limo had a not clean smell, and my wife sat in something sticky on the seat. You would think that in this day and age (COVID), they would have cleaned the car before hand. The second time we had them reserved, they called the afternoon prior to tell us that they didn’t have the Tahoe that we reserved due to them trading all of them in (convenient), and wanted to give us the same limo for a 3 hr trip. We said no and requested a refund

I’m writing this review because we had the best time at the jags game this past Sunday. It was our last game of the season and we won and I am so thankful that I used River City Limousines for my transport. It made everything worthwhile. My limousine was to die for, it was a stretched out Escalade limo. My friends and I had so much fun tailgating in that thing, that we rebooked for another day. Annnddddd My driver was so cool and he seemed so experienced. He was the best driver. From the communication with the girl on the phone down to the driver. Everything was on point. We rented a 10+ stretch limo from River City Limos. The reservation process and communication was excellent….. then it stopped. The driver called to let us know he was on the way, but running “a little behind and showed up 45 min late. Finally he arrived in an Escalade that was clearly an embarrassment. The outside needed to painted. Interior was ok…. Pickup after our even was humiliating…. During the time from pickup the a/c broke, the radio broke and the Interior lights stopped working. Listen! My limo was super cute. For my Birthday party this Saturday, they went above and beyond to ensure my limousine was decorated with the cutest banners and balloons. My driver was so much fun and cool, he really made the experience so dope. My limo was gorgeous and clean. My driver did forget to pickup the ice for our bottles but it was okay because we had our cooler and he stopped and picked some up along the way. I recently reserved the black Lincoln limo from River City Limos for transportation from the airport to my hotel on Amelia Island. While the staff was courteous and responsive during the booking process, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the vehicle and the driver. The limo was very run down - It smelled bad; The leather seats had rips; The carpet had been replaced with the type of carpet that you would find in a house, not in a vehicle; It looked as if all the doors and windows had been hand caulked to cover up cracks; The engine made lots of loud noises; For some reason the trunk

Do not use this company! We contracted with them to transport our daughter and new son-in-law from their wedding in our home to dinner and their hotel. We contracted for a Lincoln Navigator and they arrived with a different vehicle. The driver that showed up was not the same driver whose name we were given by River City Limousines. The driver got lost going to the restaurant and had difficulty going from the restaurant to hotel. AVOID this company. I never write these reviews, you can check my profile. I have never had a worse experience with a company. The day of was pretty bad but their response after is what has us so angered. My husband and I just rented an air conditioned party bus for our wedding. We rented it for the sole purpose of having a place to cool off during our wedding party pictures which was discussed with the company before I booked. We had it pick us to take us to our wedding at noon and then wait in the parking lot until 2:15 for us and our wedding party to get back on around 2:15 for pictures before

Used them for a birthday last summer and the AC was broke, miserable. Then they had spray pained the seats black to make them look better, so my white pants were ruined. They did pay for my pants, but overall not satisfactory. Decided to use them for a concert pickup because most limos won't do a pick up only, they emailed and canceled the day before our event.
