Increase your property value while beautifying your neighborhood. Convert your home from a flat roof to pitched house; using trusses, light-weight tile and a new gutter system. This flat roof systems alternate upgrade delivers a more modern and conventional look, with a cost effective and returnable investment.
NOTE: When Aussie Roofing installs plywood, we use a 10 penny nail (3 inch) on 9 inch centers. Aussie Roofing's PREFERRED underlayment materials is the GAF-Elk Weather Stopper(R) for preparing your new roof with premium quality protection. This is quality you can trust from GAF-Elk—North America's largest roofing manufacturer.
If your home is 10 – 15 years old, it may not be as insulated as it should be. This can result in major energy loss—especially from the attic. A well-insulated home can significantly reduce your utility bills throughout the year. Aussie Roofing can help you save your money, by including AttiCat™ Expanding Blown-In Insulation with your green energy efficient house plans.
ACH Foam Technologies has been producing quality EPS roof insulation for more than 30 years. ACH's EPS roof insulation is reliable, cost-effective and compatible with major roofing materials and systems. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) stands the test of time, and EPS roof insulation is a proven performer in roofing applications.

Mike called me from a 707-070-0705, that you can't call back. We made an appointment. I asked for their contact number, and Mike gave me +1 (415) 472-2800, that you can't get through when you call. The technician never showed up. I googled the business, called, N/A

Competent company as far as the work goes, but horrible customer service. They don't return calls, provide quotes when they say they will, or respond to follow-up inquiries.

Every time it rains I am reminded of the poor work they did. Everything leaks, someone came out and took pictures of the leaks and then never returned my calls. Went way over their bid, and added work I didn't authorize...thousands of dollars over.

We have Aussie roofing installed our gutter 5 years ago, they came out did the estimate and then when they install it, they said the estimate is too short and I must pay additional money otherwise they would just leave without finishing it. So I paid additional money (about 10% more than its original) and it supposedly good for 30 years. It starts to leak in the second year and when I called them they said they would come out and would charge $100 to inspect it! I did not have them come out because they said their workman ship only warranted 1 year!

Now it is leaking everywhere two gutter

This is late in coming.. but here goes!

They gave me a time and materials estimate and a 'Not To exceed' amount that was at least 50% over their estimate. They sent in twice the number of people they said on the estimate, claimed they spent twice the time and charged me for the 'Not to exceed' amount. I was there the whole time the job was being performed - half of the workers were sitting around joking while the other half worked. Orlando also refused to give me a bill for the materials, skylight was of very cheap quality, maybe costing around a fourth of what they claimed

After an evaluation of my leaking roof I waited for an estimate. I was told that I would be called that night but by the next day at 3:45 pm I still hadn't heard from anyone. Speaking with the lady on the phone (who was very nice) I was told I would be called again that next night. I then had to pursue the company to find out when someone would actually be calling me after no one did. No one responded to my request after 3 phone calls. I cannot recommend any company that doesn't respect or follow up with a potential customer when told to me they would do so.
Without communication, what

A retained Aussie Roofing in August of 2010 with three core objectives:
1) Reduce the heat loss from a dual-layer of tar & gravel
2) Leaks around skylights
3) Gutters needed to avoid the "waterfall effect" of rainwater
The contract was 40% higher than the next best bid, agreed to only under the condition that :
1) The employees would be licensed, insured, tax-paying rather than young immigrants, illegal without Green card, and English-speaking -violated in work; Company had not paid the State for the required Workers Comp Insurance nor had it renewed it's license with the Contractor
