Services
This is what ATI Physical Therapy was founded on in 1996, and it's what we continue to believe-and practice-today. After opening our first clinic in Willowbrook, Illinois, we quickly realized there was an opportunity to provide a new and unmatched level of service to injured workers.
We developed the internationally recognized F.I.R.S.T. (Functional Integration of Rehabilitation and Strength Training) program, based on extensive research and input from orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, exercise physiologists, and bio-mechanists.Focused on our vision for aggressive rehabilitation through strength training and conditioning, ATI developed new and superior treatment protocols and techniques.

We accept virtually all major insurance carriers and participate with many local provider networks. Our friendly and helpful customer care staff will be happy to verify your healthcare benefits. Patient benefits are verified prior to the start of treatment and individualized payment plans are available to those without coverage; we'll work with you to accommodate your individual needs.
Have questions about what therapy is, how to get started, how insurance/billing works, and what your appointments will include?. Yes, if you need physical therapy, YOU DO HAVE A CHOICE when selecting your provider. We encourage you to explore all your options, and when you do, we're confident that you'll find that ATI will exceed your expectations.
Want to start feeling better fast? With the best clinicians in the industry, 99.5% of patients recommend us to family and friends. We'll help you address chronic pain, or help you recover from an injury or surgery-expertly, quickly and conveniently. ATI's trademarked F.I.R.S.T. program uses a performance-based methodology to safely return injured workers to their workplace.
At ATI, we are inspired by the courage, hard work and determination of our patients to recover from injury, surgery and painful conditions. Our patients make us who we are, and motivate us to provide the highest quality of care in every clinic, every day. Thank you to all who have shared their stories.

Never went and used ati but was about to begin employment here. Very unprofessional and by the reviews it seems like its does not look like they treat their clients the same way either. Lied about this being 40 hours a week when it reality it was 30-40 hours. I had a vacation planned in July and asked if they can honor those which they said they would. I was confirming details with them and was told I can ask any questions before my first day. I asked a question about the 401k and did not get a response from the manager but through the recruiter later in the day. Basically was told they are withholding

The worst place. $ 620.65 for first visit, never go, I did 5 visits, I still have the pain, I still have 4 pending visits, and for each invoice I will give a comment on Facebook Instagram Google everywhere to know how to deceive people with abuses with prices, better pay cash and without insurance to get cheaper and better price.

Would probably give 0stars if that was an option need physical therapy? Highly suggest going somewhere else. Patient advocate team is a joke. Over paid and was released early from treatment its been months and I’ve called multiple times for months and still no answer about my refund. And every time I call they’re giving me the run around. Need physical therapy? Consider going somewhere else.

I was a patient of ATI for only 2 sessions and have had completely unacceptable customer service in regards to my insurance. I am no longer – nor will I ever – be a patient of ATI!!
When I called to get my first appointment, a very confused and slow “Daniel” took all my information over the phone. When I arrived at my appointment the next week – NO information was in the system at all. So I had to start ALL over there at the clinic. Then when I asked at my second appointment if my secondary insurance was verified; my secondary was STILL not in the system. So they suggested I call the

I had a great experience during my first year with the company, and then I experienced the corporate environment. Sadly, I have no more trust for the company.
They cannot handle negative feedback and they have no respect for personal property.
Leadership continually fails its employees. People are afraid to speak up because if someone higher up doesn’t like your input, you get fired immediately. I have repeatedly been told one thing, yet do not get follow-through from management. The pay is a challenge no matter where you go or in what department you work. Employee health is more an inconvenience

Please, learn from my mistakes and NEVER pursue services from ATI. I attended two nutrition appointments, the first one for 30 minutes (filled out paperwork, was told to keep a food diary), the second one for less than 15 minutes in which my nutritionist glanced at my food diary and told me he could not help me. I was slapped with a $500 bill for this. I have pursued this frankly fraudulent charge for the past YEAR. I'm stuck in outsourced customer service hell-- I've been told +10 times I'll receive a call from the escalation dep; it never comes. I'll ask to speak to a higher-up; I'm transferred

More than 1 YEAR has passed since my final ATI appointment and I'm still dealing with unresolved billing issues, conflicting information, and lack of responsiveness from customer service. A representative finally told me that ATI made billing errors and had to resubmit my claims. I call every few weeks and they keep telling me they'll have it all resolved "next week." I sincerely regret selecting ATI as my provider, and will never give them my business again.

We've been going to ATI for the last 3, almost 4 years, and up until recently have had good service. We were just notified that they will no longer be offering the pick-up/drop-off service. Like many others, this causes us significant financial and emotional stress. When we called to make a complaint, we were told this is a corporate decision and that we can use a taxi/Uber to get to the appointments. To many seniors who live on fixed incomes, this can become very expensive and is not refundable through insurance. How are we expected to afford this new and unnecessary expense??

The therapy that I received was superb. The staff at the New Lenox East facility is excellent. My recovery results were amazing. That said, the billing department sucks. Almost two year after my last therapy, I received a bill that is double what I originally owed with the reasoning that they were still working with my insurance and fees were missed! I still owe them over 600 bucks for therapy I had almost TWO years ago. The deal they have offered was to pay off half immediately and they would FORGIVE the rest. Well, I am currently on short term disability and back in therapy racking up new bills
