The care plan demonstrated a thoughtful and professional interest both in understanding the patient’s requirements and to the details of matching caretakers to the specific needs of the patient. The caregivers were both reliable and intuitive. Particularly “m” offered engagement from the beginning and the relationship has remained very therapeutic. Danielle developed the plan of care and has remained in touch with the progress and communicative with me - as I set up the care in the absence of family and due to the initial health of the patient I was “ in charge”.
