My experience at Phil Long Honda was not the best this time. This is only because I felt like the process took too long. It took me around 3 days in order to get my car home, I also had to be waiting a lot when I was at the dealer, around 3 hours waiting each day I went and on top of that, my car was damaged at the dealer. Although my experience was not the best, Izzy Johnson helped me a lot throughout this whole process. He always made sure that everything I asked for was made right. When I was finally going to take my car home, they gave it to me dirty so I asked Izzy to have them wash it again

I had a recall and Jill explained it and I was able to make an appointment quickly. I later had to cancel and Jill accommodated a new appointment easily. When I did get to my appointment I was in and out. The recall was checked and taken care of much quicker than I expected. The entire service department is thorough and helpful. Thank you 🙏

I have had the most pleasant, professional, attentive, knowledgeable service from Phil Long's Jill than I have ever had in all my 35 years of car owning. She goes above and beyond to help solve all my car issues. She has been working closely with the technicians to solve my issue, and they have also done their part to provide me excellent service. We looked online first and their website is nice and worked well. At the dealership our salesperson Noe Perez was marvelous! Online we had narrowed it down between two, came to the dealership ended up test driving, purchased and were driving our new vehicle. It was by far the easiest and most enjoyable dealership experience we've ever had! All the employees we met were so nice and they really loved where they worked and what did, it really showed. Noe Perez has a wonderful work ethic and cares for every customer......he does it right!

Wow wee!! My new CRV passed in the I-70 stretch at 75 mpg - easily going to 92! It's learning curve adapting to new 2019 safety features but I'm grateful to be in a large enough car for my husband to fit in, plus AWD, sunroof, heated seats...

I have a 2005 MDX Honda Acura I took it in for service about two weeks ago to have the 200000 mile service done they replace the timing belt and all the seals valve cover gaskets and the service writer was calling me all the time and keeping me an update on the repair as it was going inform me of a couple other small issues that need to be taken care of power steering was leaking a little bit and the oil pump was leaking a little bit will you address those issues and took care of them the service was great the price was fair and reasonable they kept the car for a week to make sure that there&apos

I had an overheating issue on a Saturday with my Subaru and needed someone to look at it before I kept driving back to the front range. Alex, the Service Manager, took me in even with a full schedule and limited weekend crew and looked at himself. He got it fixed in less than an hour and got my car back on the road. Formerly High Country Honda, this dealership has recently been purchased and opened as Phil Long Honda. I live in Golden. This dealership is in Glenwood Springs. But I found the vehicle I've been looking for on their website. The price was excellent, the Carfax was clean, and I was very willing to purchase the vehicle sight unseen. The only problem was the 150 miles between Golden and Glenwood Springs. I called and spoke with Brad in sales. Brad, by the way, was totally top notch. I asked Brad if I purchased the car, could I go to the Phil Long Ford store in Lakewood to do the paperwork -
