Corporate or private events. Great for customer appreciation or employee health days. Chair massage makes a great addition to any gathering, party, or charity event. Wow. I had been feeling pretty lousy for a number of months now. I work on my feet and do a lot of lifting all day every day at work. I live on Advil and Salonpas patches. I decided to make an appointment to see if it could help as my chiropractor had recommended it a while back. Well, Brandy worked out months long knots that had been making me miserable. I felt like my old self all night tonight even hours later. She's got amazing hands and the best kindest soul. I highly recommend her!!!!!!!!

So first I booked a couple massage more than one month in advance.
Saturday was a snowy day but roads were clear and shop still open. Nothing to worry about.
In order to make sure they were open I called 6 times. Nobody picked up the phone.
On the voice mail it said they don't have a person who manage the front desk so sometimes they won't be able to respond but THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK ? Oh really ? No they won't

We had a couples massage at Meeting Your Kneads at their new Burke location and it was fabulous!! I had a Groupon and booked the appointment the day before. The office is clean and well set up. The massage therapists, Brandi and Chelsea, were both really good. They were professional, polite, and friendly. They checked in with us during our treatment to make sure the pressure was good.

They are no longer in Fairfax but the website still lets you book an appointment with them in Fairfax. You even get a confirmation the day before. Then we showed up to find out the office is no longer there and had to back track to Burke. No one ever answers the phone and you ha e to always leave a voicemail for a call back. Other than that oops, I got one of the best massages in my life! Minus one start because is a self-starter business and the owner is still new to all of this. Great, great pricing though, and great massage, and friendly staff, and most of all: I LEFT more RELAXED and REFRESHED

After waiting 3 weeks for a couples massage they called 2 hours before our scheduled time to cancel on us. Not only that but it took them 2 weeks to call me back to even make the appointment in the first place because when u call it goes straight to voicemail and to pray they call back. They also let me know that the next available time I could come in was a month from my previously scheduled appointment. Horrible.

Will come back and get refunD for my gift certificates, Never come back there again,. They ruined my only day off to enjoy a massage

One of the best deep tissue massages ever! Lauren did a fabulous job of getting the knots out of my back, neck and head. Background music was relaxing at just the right volume. It's nice that they have appointments on weekend and you can book via email. I had Kelly as my masseuse. She was rushing me at first because she's got someone lined up immediately after me. However, her massage was superb. I would go back there again. I would have given them 5 stars if they can insert some flexible time in between customers.

Had Groupon with them, they kept rescheduling till the Groupon expired.
They never answer the phone, no matter what time you call.
Left 3 voice mail, after 6 days they called back. I actually gave up on the Groupon. If the forefront of the business is like this, I don't think the service will be any better.

This isn't quite a fair star option as I was looking forward to using their services after reading the reviews. I contacted them via their website and after 4 days no one had contacted me back so I left a voicemail. Again, no one contacted me. It wasn't until the 2nd voicemail that I left that a lovely woman contacted me back however at the time I had booked elsewhere. I hope to try them out one day but I am also a huge believer in customer service and contacting interested parties within 48 hours.

I bought a Groupon to get a massage here and wasn't disappointed. I chose to get a full body massage, focusing on my legs since I ran a half marathon the day before. Brandy is very sweet and met my needs and the private room was nice and quiet. She went from a head and face massage all the way down to my feet, and asks you to let her know what kind of pressure you prefer. I didn't want it to end after an hour! She gives you a cold bottle of water after the session. I recommend her to others if you're feeling sore.

Who can't love a service that comes right to your front door??? I had seen a groupon for Meeting Your kneads and wanted to purchase it but as with anything, I searched for reviews on Yelp and couldn't find anything.
