Weathercraft began in spring 1988 as a very small part time business making Adirondack Chairs in a woodworking shop located in Cape Hatteras, NC., with the help of the founders dad. In 1989 the founder Bill Palmer opened a small 2400 sq. By the following year word was out. The demand for these quality handcrafted Adirondack chairs was growing, and with only three part time employees helping to meet order fulfillment.

Weathercraft Outdoor Furniture products are completely and proudly made in the USA. Every individual piece is hand-crafted and finished in our manufacturing facility with strict attention to quality and detail. We use only "C" and #1 premium furniture grade lumber for all of our Adirondack Furniture, Chairs, Swings and Accessories.
Our Pressure Treated Unfinished "Natural" Adirondack Chairs, Furniture and Accessories will, over time, turn into a beautiful silvery Patina gray. Which leaves you with a timeless treasure (and envious neighbors). All of our Adirondack Chairs and Accessories are Proudly Made by Us in the USA.

Weathercraft's entire Commercial Series is an upgrade from all other series and is -Top of the Line- being very suitable for rental properties, resorts, and other areas of heavy use over and above lighter residential environments. The Commercial Series Differs from Our Regular "residential" Line whereas Brad Nails Have Been Replaced Entirely By All Screws Making it More Suitable For heavy use locations.
