I had spoken to a few insurance reps about Medicare, and by the time our conversation was done, I had notes on so many numbers/plans/prices I couldn't figure out what was best. Luckily, I was referred to Pam and was so relieved for her presentation on ZOOM.
Simple, clear, concise information so I could make an informed decision based on customer satisfaction ratings of each plan and cost. Pam and her team are extraordinary! Customer service bar none. I switched my medical and dental over to Pam and it's a relief that I know she is taking care of everything....no more me sitting on the phone to Blue Shield! I just love the "old-fashioned" customer service where a live person picks up the phone and explains things in simple terms. So happy to have found Benefits by Design and Pam Morton!

When I first met Pam, she was very gracious in answering some questions I had about Medicare and my Medicare supplement plan. She also helped me negotiate Part D for prescription drugs. It turns out I was leaving money on the table! I've since switched to Pam as my insurance broker and have been incredibly impressed with her knowledge of this very complicated healthcare system and with her responsiveness.

Pam is incredibly knowledgable for all things health benefits and insurance related. As a self employed individual the prospect of adjusting or changing my health insurance is totally confusing! Pam helped demystify some things about open enrollment and what my options were, she even looked over my current plan to help me see what's good and not good about it. If you're looking for new health insurance for yourself or your employees and business in marin county I'd highly recommend her. She's very patient and is really looking out for what's best for YOU not the insurance

I wanted to review and update my health insurance for 2018 and was referred to Pam. She soooooo helped me with not only my choice of plans/pricing but also with the signup process. She has outstanding follow-up too for the questions that came up after our meeting.
All that for free too since she is compensated by the service provider, not me the client. Because Pam is a broker, she has access to ALL kinds of plans, not just one particular company's offering.
