About a month ago, I got out of work after a 14 hour shift and my car wouldn’t start. So I called my insurance roadside assistance and they sent Falzones to me! My tow truck driver was Dave Morris and he was extremely pleasant! I was so stressed out from my car not starting knowing I had to come back the next day to work for another 12 hours. He… was able to get my car hooked up to the truck to be towed quickly and followed all of my annoying directions of where to put my keys once he got to the garage. He was so professional and nice! Dave made a super frustrating situation much less

Man these dudes really are the best. I own a tree removal business, my 6000lb chipper axle snapped off in the middle if the street and falzones was there within 15 minutes of the call. Driver said he's never… towed a wood chipper before, got it on and off the flatbed and it was easy to tell hes a master of his craft! Will be calling them again/recommending for sure!

I’m not from the area, was just in town when I got a flat tire and had trouble getting 2 of my lug nuts loose. The tech Matthew showing up pretty quickly, and even went back-and-forth to the shop to get things he needed to get me on my way when he realize the problem was worse than I originally thought. He offered me a couple of options in case I… would have to leave my car. Thankfully he was able to get me back on my way.

I had to have my Chevy pickup truck towed back to my house tonight. I was never sure how quickly they would arrive. I have waited hours before even when I was in a major city. I expected to wait for at least an hour. But it was barely 30 mins after I requested service and they were there. I wish I knew the guy's name who towed the truck because he was awesome!! He was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. I wish I could have given him a bigger tip than what I had on me. Thanks to Falzone and my State Farm insurance for using this provider..

I can’t wait to take Frankie to court and see his face. I can’t wait to explain to the judge how his employees lied to me about my vehicle being in their possession. About how I should have only had to pay about $265 but instead I was told,”Oh you found out your car was here today? That’ll be $465.” I don’t know how much the lawsuit is going to be for but I still have the VIN for the Lexus you lied to me about. It’s registered in Virginia. The car I should have never had to have repossessed. Call your lawyers.

Today I popped a tire on 309 N between Wilkes and Mountain Top. Falzones was quick to help. The gentleman who helped me today was amazing! So polite and professional. This business Is horrible!!!!! I had a tow call because my vehicle broke down. The businesss that I broke down by was nice enough to let me park my car there. That business happened to be a garage. I gave them my key in case they had to move my car. Because I was running late for work I didn't have time to wait for a tow truck I had to be at work. I arranged for after work to have it towed.
