The sprinter we rented out was very clean, nice driver (Shane), and was a very smooth trip, my family and I were on our way to a wedding and were in a time crunch, Shane did everything in his power to get us there on time. The set up was super easy and quick, especially with such a great staff behind the phone and in the van!

I booked a trip to the airport with them on their website for tomorrow.. 2 months in advance - Thats a full SIX WEEKS prior. Out of nowhere I get an email just now, less than 12 hours before they were to pick me up, saying my trip is cancelled.
No reason was given, no ample notice was provided, nothing but leaving me in a bind. I called them and they said "oops, our website shouldnt have let you booked...sorry" DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

I’ve used them several times going to and from the airport. Most recently had to book complicated wedding transportation. Had to take people from our home to the wedding venue and back. Pick up the bride and groom take them to their wedding location for the evening and then pick them up early and take them off to their honeymoon. Unfortunately plans kept changing- crazily enough it was the airline that kept changing their outgoing flight to change at least three different times not 15 minutes but two hours earlier then two hours later. The company was very gracious very responsive easy to change
