Absolutely love this place anytime that I've had an accident I've brought my car to Floyd and he is always done me right quality work and honest people he'll do whatever he can to save you money and work with you if you don't have all the funds immediately I recommend Floyd to anyone that's looking to have their car fixed after an accident

The work took over a month to complete when i was told two weeks. They went WAY over estimated price by $3,000. After I got it back, had to return because the turn signal was missing. They replaced the windshield washer fluid container, but didn't put liquid back in it. Condensation was in the headlight they "ordered new" a day after I got it back. Only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because it is fixed. I won't take another car to them.

14 days turn in to three months, it would have been longer but I kept calling them asking how much longer. The quote ended up being a lot more than they quoted me.They didn't seem to know what they were doing. When I finally picked up my car it run out of gas in their parking lot, I was still having problems with the car and finally had to take it somewhere else to get fixed. I didn't see a O on the ratings or I would have given them that. I do have one good thing to say, the owner is a nice guy but he doesn't have good help.

I had them repair my vehicle after an accident and they did a great job minus one thing. Even before I picked it up they said there was a noise coming from the rear end area. They took it to a local dealership to help troubleshoot the problem. I was told no problem was found and that it’s most likely a sound the car will make due to the accident. I just found out the sound is coming from a rear hub assembly and could have been easily fixed and identified at the time. I’m very disappointed that this problem was not identified at the time of repair. NOTE: I was told that any solid mechanic should

I have been to Floyd's Auto Body shop once before after I was rear-ended. The ended up missing some damage, and I was recently going to take my car back to Floyd's. I was waiting to hear from them about when I could bring my car in to have the remaining damage repaired. I received a call from the body shop saying I could go ahead and bring my car in whenever I wanted because my husband had gone into the shop to sign paper work just three days prior. The problem with that is that my husband had not been in the area for over a week; it was physically impossible for him to have signed any paper work

I brought my car in for paint touch up and to reinstall a decorative fiberglass trim piece under the hood.
The Pros: They fit my car into their schedule on short notice, the receptionist and Mr. Floyd were nice (even when discussing my dissatisfaction) and they did a good job fixing the scrape on the front bumper. The initial estimate and final bill were similar.
The Cons: My car was returned filthy. It was full of white grinding dust, even on the inside floor mat (drivers side). Nothing was used to protect the inside of my car. I mentioned this and they offered to wash the car. I told them I

Best auto body and repair shop around. Had a Toyota Forerunner completely totalled. Insurance policy of the perpetrator was not enough to replace the car. Floyd Green totally rebuilt the vehicle using all Japanese parts. It was repaired and painted so well that no one, even the Toyota dealers, could not tell it had been totalled. Of course, it had to be reported to DMV as having been wrecked and a salvage title issued. Yes, we lost a bundle since the car was less than one year old. Nevertheless, Floyd fixed the car so well that we drove it for another 200,000+ miles. I still see my old Forerunner

Family-run business. The guy who works on your estimate has been doing this for 35 years. Unlike other places, they are willing to do exactly what you want done on your vehicle, even if it isn't your insurance check. Answers any questions with an honest heart. Reassuring. Great paint job with lifetime warranty. There are two shop dogs who seem quite happy with their owners. If they're happy, then why wouldn't you be too?
