From start to Finish, Talmom and his staff were tremendous. From treating us to multiple tastings that were more like 5 course meals to flawless execution on the day of the event, Elegancia knocked our wedding out of the park. Chef Ricardo is a genius in the kitchen and elevated the food well beyond what I have come to expect from "wedding food"- all of our guests raved about the carving station, and there was barely any food left over at the end.
The staff was courteous and polite, set up went as smoothly as one could hope for, and throughout the process, Talmom was accommodating

We first had the pleasure to see the beautiful work of Elegancia Caters at our friends wedding. The decorations were beautiful and when we tried the food it was delicious! When we got engaged we knew who our first contact would be. Working with Talmom and Ricardo was a pleasure, and the communication was great. Talmom listened to all our ideas and made them so much more beautiful. Ricardo outdid himself with the appetizers, dinner, and dessert table. I can't say enough about Talmom & Elegancia Caters, who catered my wedding reception. Their estimate was the most reasonable by far, yet they provided delicious and elegant food.
The first inkling of the professionalism, class & quality of this company was at the tasting. The food was delicious and the variety was amazing given our budget. The showroom tour was just beautiful and provided a lot of options about how to set up our dessert buffet. However, it only gave us just a hint of what was to come.

Talmom and Ricardo are by far one of the nicest people we met during our wedding process. It was a pleasure knowing them and they helped take the stress off our shoulders! They wanted to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding and it was great to have them on our side. Ricardo is a great chef and our family loved the food! We're so thankful for them! Highly Recommend!

If you want to wow your clients, prospects, employees, friends, family, or anyone, call Talmom and Ricardo -- they will take the most thoughtful care of you, put together the most delicious and beautiful spreads you've ever seen, and won't break your budget by any means. Seriously -- our clients couldn't stop talking about their breakfast... until they got to lunch! Truly impressive, and brought our events to a level we simply could not have achieved on our own. I'm always always looking for opportunities to bring them in! Would absolutely 10000000% recommend them :)

Talmom and the Chef worked with our organization on several quick box lunch meetings. We moved up to a full "happy hour" type of catering. They did an amazing job, from decorations, to special non-alcoholic cocktails, deserts and tapas. The plating was amazing and the wait staff were very kind and impressionable. The food is absolutely delicious and enjoyed by our guest - who went back 3-4 times. I will keep using them for our events.
