Rick came out to our house and quickly diagnosed a problem with our unit. He was very good about explaining the issue and the solution. He wasn’t pushy at all. He was very patient and nice. I will definitely do business with Gagne again because of this positive experience.

I was referred by a friend and was very thankful that Jeremey was able to come to our home the day before Thanksgiving. We had guests in town and the heating in the bedrooms stopped working (of course). Jeremey came on time (the company alerts you by text, email, and a phone call), diagnosed the problem. Was able to fix it and then perform maintenance on our other systems. I signed up for their maintenance service because I was so impressed. Six months ago, i purchased a heating and air system from Gagne Heating and Air. I was very
happy with their timely quote, responsiveness and installation.
As promised they sent Mr. Ricky Moore today to ensure our system and filter were working properly as well as replacing the filter. Mr. Moore was a delight and patiently answered all my questions. I had Gagne our to my house this last week for an AC tune up, and cleaning,and had a duck repaired . Which i was happy with. When all was said and done i had a bill of $473 , which seemed a lot to me and substantially more then i had paid in the past for the same service. Then i received a list of items that could be a problem, in the future, with a large price tag on it. My system is running fine , and will get a second opinion . Feel that they are expensive and come to your house looking to create work for themselves.

I originally removed my review due to harassment from vendor. Decided that is not the right avenue to take for the others to know what we were up against.
Our experience was horrible: expensive diagnostics ($199), inaccurate diagnostics (did not work with Trane, just guess work) led to $1200 warranty part removed and cooling problem was still existent (now needed condenser replaced for another $1700, harassing and bullying emails ( will post if vendor attempts this type of treatment). Eventually had another company actually fix the issue as they contacted Trane while they were at our house.

Not impressed with this company. Technician came out and said The system was leaking and because it was an old system he recommended replacing everything which would've been about a $12,000 replacement. Just did not sound right I had another company come out and all they had to do was put 3 pounds of Freon ( much cheaper than first one quoted the cost of Freon) in one system and everything is ago

I just had emergency service by Gagne Heating & AC and all I've got to say is WOW! Lachlan, the service technician that arrived was polite, in a clean uniform and introduced himself in a professional manner. After looking at the AC unit he found that the motor/compressor starting component failed. He gave me an estimate to repair and got it running within 20 minutes. Gagne is where all of my heating & cooling business will go in the future. Rest assured that I will be telling all my family and friends of this AMAZING experience.
