My husband and I began our house hunt before moving down to the Louisville area and Casey Sokoler was recommended to us by our former realtor. Hunter Melton is a great agent! When I was considering selling my home in sought after neighborhood, Hunter walked me through all steps of the process and was always available to answer my questions. Not only was he as nice as can be, but very knowledgeable about the market and the particular area of my home. He also gave me advice on how to improve my homes value so I could get the maximum return on my beautiful home. Some agents I have encountered were trying to make a quick buck and move on, but not Hunter. He was always open and honest about my situation and wanted me to be as informed as possible
