Services
The primary purpose of a seawall is to protect residential shorelines from upland erosion and surge flooding. A seawall acts as a coastal defense to these types of events. When a wave crashes against the shore, the seawall redirects a lot of that energy back to the water. This greatly reduces erosion of the shoreline.
Especially in a freshwater environment, steel seawalls have the longest lifespan and are the most popular for preventing erosion. Outcropping is essentially laying or stacking stones in a fashion that prevents the runoff that often occurs near a shoreline and protects the shoreline itself from an excessive wake or stormy weather.

I had concrete work done at the house both in the front and back of the house and the concrete folks tore up the yard really bad with their skid steers and told us we are concrete people not landscapers and left our yard tore up. Morrison Lake Construction was recommended and we could not be more pleased. They had the job completed within a week of my calling. The company came out and did measurements and offered a very fair price. All the employees and especially the owner himself could not have been more pleasant to work with. This company is a joke and takes advantage of its clients. My family and our neighbors needed a break wall built on Lake Huron due to the deteriorating coastline. The owner and his company told my family he could only use boulders to build the wall, but when the “wall” was built, it was small slabs of shale and rocks that quickly crumbled into the lake. This wall lasted 2 months and the owner has refused to come fix it or take responsibility for using subpar materials.
