I hired Brad to do a complete tear off in 2001 - beginning in 2015 I had MAJOR leaks
I called and he wouldn’t back up his work. He said sometimes things don’t last and he referred to his water heater and how he had to replace that!!!
I had it patched and am now doing a complete tear off again.
A roof should last a good 20 years. Mine lasted 14.

Just a thanks to Brad and his crew for the great work they did on my roof. Brad and his crew were very friendly and courteous with all my questions. They went out of their way to make sure everything was explained and done right, while also improving some of the short comings of the original roofing work. They were thorough in every detail, even cleaning out the gutters for me. Brad, the owner, went out of his way to get us the shingles we wanted, which were a special model and design. The crew was very diligent in keeping the area clean and free of debris at all times. Great Job!!
